In this time frame, it is our objective to transform you into an empowered exerciser. This means that you will learn how to exercise correctly, safely and within your personal limits—not within the limits of others. Our certified personal trainers will make your workouts a positive experience from start to finish. You will be introduced to the many benefits of the Foundation Program during this free information session. The environment of our fitness studio is a hybrid between personal training and group exercise sessions—resulting in semi-private sessions tailored to you.
