Our three personal training programs, Exercise Mindset and Technique Training, 1-on-1 Personal Training, and Foundation Program are designed to be unique and fit the exercise lifestyle you want to maintain. These three programs ensure that you get the most out of any exercise routine and the most value for the cost. EMT is our least expensive personal training program, with it’s key focus on increasing stability, posture, and basic movement of muscles. We work on giving you a solid exercise foundation. Next, our 1-on-1 Personal Training is geared towards really increasing and improving your strength along with posture, balance and movement. Our 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions can be great for anyone experiencing pain or discomfort during regular exercise. Our trainers work to make sure that the exercise routine works for your unique individual body type. Our last personal training program is our most valuable, it is the Foundation program. The foundation program is to give you purposeful exercise routines and teach you the basics in becoming an empowered exerciser. It is a small group of 1-3 with a personal trainer who will meet in the personal fitness studio. We recommend this for those who truly have the desire to live an active lifestyle.
